- number of scientific papers, number of demonstrators, number of technological and characterisation facilities brought together by partners, number of experiments made in common by utilization of these facilities;

- number of technical services provided by the consortia partners for third parties, number of services provided in common, number of activities provided (performed works), number of feasibility studies and services and other activities connected with technology transfer;

- number of courses and the people attending to these courses, number of stages, number of associated networks, number of associated partners, number of registration in different databases, number of materials like flyers, leaflets disseminated trough different channels, numbers of participation to the FP7 proposals, number of participation to the working groups of Nanoelectronics ETP;
